Found this place by accident. Great atmosphere to grab a drink and play a round of pool.

Very upbeat crowd and the bartenders were awesome. Great spot for a little get-together. The music is miscellaneous and upbeat.

Great spot, super friendly clientele, the bartenders remember me even though I'm an extremely casual regular. Their patio is super nice, and overall a really nice balance between being approachable comfortable, and just the right amount of dank.

Went on a Monday night for their I Don't Karaoke night and it was incredible! The staff are super friendly and it's such a welcoming environment! Super cozy little spot with great drink prices. Will definitely be returning!

I like it here. They serve me beer. I play pool for a dollar. The bartender is cute but doesn't talk to me. Stop assuming their gender!

Great bar for anyone and everyone. Relaxed and convivial atmosphere, and the bartenders take care to remember your name. Excellent and cozy neighborhood gem.

Charlie's is wild. Whenever I have friends in from out of town, we go straight here. Two pool tables in okay shape, and one of those juke boxes you play with your phone. Karaoke on Monday is really fun, and ruled with an iron fist by weirdos (the good kind). I'm a regular there, so it's a warm place for me, but if you don't work on being part of the community there, it can be a bit of an uphill battle. Very LGBT friendly, maybe the closest thing to a queer bar in Halifax unfortunately. Bigots keep out.

Been there a few times and can confirm is such a great place for a nice drink, wonderful environment and amazing Karaoke on Mondays! Definitely recommend
